The address is just the start
Two Chicago-area venues can have completely different setups.
A downtown hotel might mean a scheduled loading dock, a freight elevator, paid parking, and union rules. A suburban venue might have dead-easy access but split your ceremony and reception into separate rooms. An outdoor property might need a weather plan, long cable runs, or its own power source entirely.
So send me the full venue name and address early. That's usually all I need to spot the access, timing, and sound questions worth answering well before wedding week — instead of discovering them the day of.

Wedding venues and private events north of Chicago, subject to date and travel logistics.
DuPage County
Ballrooms, hotels, estates, country clubs, restaurants, and event spaces in the western suburbs.
Kane and McHenry Counties
Barns, farms, golf clubs, hotels, and suburban venues where property layout may affect setup time.
Will County and farther venues

You don't need a finished timeline. Your date, the venue, a rough headcount, roughly how many hours, and how many spaces need sound — that's usually enough for me to check availability and give you a real answer.
