A reception in one ballroom is a genuinely different job from a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spread across three rooms. Coverage hours, guest count, travel, parking, loading access, setup windows, and how many spots need sound all move the number — so I'd rather quote your actual wedding than hand you a flat package that's wrong for it.
